Post-surgery update

The surgeon said that Ruth's surgery was very straightforward. As far as he's concerned he's got all of the cancer outside of the liver, which is great news.

    I read how much accupuncture is helping you, Ruth. I am sending this link to my t'ai chi school as they also teach Qigong. It is very healing and many who are there have "stuff" with their bodies including illness, chronic pain, etc. They teach at McDuffy school in Springfield and in Northampton. I study t'ai chi and it has helped me with my arthritis. http://www.centerforharmony.org/Qigong.html
