Right now I have a high ugh factor. I am queasy, I have a headache, the tumor in my abdomen is so tender that I can say that I am in pain, the neuropathy started in my right hand -so everything is tingly, and even room temperature water is too cold for my throat.
Hideous. Absolutely hideous.
Oh, Ruth, I'm so sorry--that totally sucks! I hope your symptoms are a temporary result of today's chemotherapy and you feel better quickly.
ReplyDeleteUgh, ugh, ugh. So sorry to hear this. We are thinking of you and are here if you need anything. Tea sounds like a good idea. Hang in there--

Feh! Feh! Feh! I hope you can find an emerald place inside to curl up and heal outward from. My take on the abdomen is, that tumor knows it is under attack and shrinking by the minute. Surround yourself with warm and cozy things of comfort. We are all sending big love your way-- and to Pat and Bennett, too.

Mindless movies and big mugs of tea. Fifty First Dates. Blades of Glory. Anchorman. I hope that you got a good night's sleep.
ReplyDeleteLove you, Mary xx
